The Cajun Belle pepper is a bold, sweet mini-bell with some heat, and grows 2-3" long with multiple lobes. It ripens from green to orange to a rich red, and can be harvested at any stage, although it will be  hottest when fully ripe. Prolific, heat-tolerant, disease-resistant, heavy-bearing, and low-maintenance.
